Baptism

Baptism of infants is only available to registered parishioners of our Lady Queen of Peace. Baptismal ceremonies celebrated by a priest or deacon are held on the second Sunday of each month at 9:30 a.m.

There are a number of requirements that must be completed in order to arrange your child’s baptism. Please come into the office at least five weeks in advance to fill out the necessary papers and discuss date and time for Baptism class and Baptism ceremony.

Please note, Baptism Class is required for parents and godparents. The class is usually held on the first Saturday of the month at 11:00 a.m. There is a $15 administrative fee for Baptism, but we will provide the baptismal candle that is yours to keep. You will also receive a baptismal certificate for your child.
